How to Update and View Audience Members

This article covers how to update and view audience members.

Need-to-Know

    • Audiences refresh automatically every night (around 10:00 p.m.) based on information received from our data feed that morning (around 8:00 a.m.).
    • Administrators can manually refresh audiences to update new hires or newly added users (that meet the audience rules).
    • Administrators can search for or download a list of all users in an audience to track if the rule sets are working correctly.

Audience Refresh

Step 1: Go to Administration > Quick Links > Audiences.

Step 2: Search for the audience by it's name and code in the search box.

Step 3: Click on the Audience name.

Step 4: Click on the Refresh button to refresh the audience. This will add or remove employees based on the audience rules.

Search for Employee(s) in the Audience

Step 1: To search for an employee that is in the audience, click on the Users tab.

Step 2: Use the search box to search for the employee and click on the magnify glass.

Step 3: The employee will display in the results.

The employee's information will display.

Download the Excel File

Step 1: To download a report of the employees in the audience, click on the Users tab.

Step 2: On the right-side of your screen, click on the excel icon to download the report.

Step 3: The Pages to Export window will display. You can export items from All pages or Current page only.

Step 4: Under File Type, you can export the records in MS-Excel (xls) format or Character delimited text (csv) format.

Step 5: Click on the Next button.

Step 6: The data will load.

Step 7: Click on the Click here to download the file link.

Step 8: The document will open up in excel and you can review the employees in the audience.
