This article covers how to activate / inactivate notifications in learning activities.
Step 1: Navigate to Administration > Quick Links > Learning Activities.
Step 2: Search for your Learning Activity under Learning Management page.
Step 3: Click on the Edit button.
Step 4: Click on the Send to Stage button.
Step 5: Click on the Optional button.
Step 6: Under Notifications, click on System.
Step 7: Search for the notification you want to activate or inactivate. Change the View dropdown to find the notification.
Step 8: Select the check box next to the notification then click on the Activate or Inactivate button.

Only activate the following five templates (inactivate all other templates):
- Certification Expiration Notification
- Certification Expiration Reminder Notification
- Learning Activity Assignment Notification
- Learning Activity Assignment Overdue Notification
- Learning Activity Assignment Reminder Notification
Step 9: Click on the OK button when you are done activating / inactivating notifications.
Step 10: Click on the Validate for Production button.
