Step 3: Under Short Description, provide a description of your issue or request.
Step 4: Under Description, provide details about your issue or request.
Step 5: Under Watchlist, add any employee to the be included in the email.
Step 6: Click on Add Attachments to include any documents, screenshots, etc.
Step 7: When you are done, click on the Submit button.
