If we need to access Skillsoft course transcripts, there is a URL that we can modify to get the information. The URL is public (no login required) and will provide the transcript of the course (active or retired). The URL below is what needs to be pasted into a browser with the yellow portion of the URL is the course code.
The course transcripts are usually provided to employees who have asked for an accommodation.
If needing to look up multiple courses, simply swap out the course code in yellow for another course code.
Percipio courses can be looked up as well. Preform an activity search in SumTotal and copy and case the activity code. You’ll need to remove the prefix and suffix to get the base code to paste in the above URL.
