This article covers how to submit a professional certificate or document to a learning activity.
Submit Documents
Step 1: Log into CSU Learn.
Step 2: Once logged in, you will land on your home dashboard.
Step 3: Click on the Assigned Learning Tile.
Step 4: Locate the learning activity.
Step 5: Click on the View Details button.
Step 6: Under the Details tab of the child activity, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the Upload button.
Step 7: On the next page, upload your attachment and fill out the required and optional fields.
- Enter the Name of your document.
- Click on the Upload button to attach the file or copy of your document. The document can be in a PDF, DOC, JPG, etc.
- Add any Comments about the attachment.
Step 8: Once the document is uploaded, click on the Done button.
Step 9: The file will upload and you can click on the Submit button.
Step 10: You will receive a submission confirmation message. Click on the Yes button.
Step 11: After submitting your certificate, the status will change to Submitted For Review.
An administrator, your manager, or your instructor will review your submission. You will receive a confirmation email and your document will be posted on your CSU Learn Training Transcript. You can go to the How to Access Training Transcript article for instructions.
