How to Cancel Registration

This article goes over how to cancel registration for instructor-led training (ILT) or online courses.

How to Cancel Registration from the Self Menu

Step 1: Log in to the Training Platform (please go to the How to Login Article for more information).  

Step 2: Once logged in, you will land on your home dashboard.

Step 3: Click on the Self Menu.

Step 4: Click on Learning.

Step 5: Click on Registrations.

Step 6: You will be taken to the Training Schedule page.

Training Schedule is displayed. The schedule list out classes that are ongoing activities, upcoming activities, fixed duration activities, and completion requested activities.

Step 7: Check the box for the class you would like to cancel.

The check box is selected next to the class that will be removed. There is a green box showing the location of the class that is selected.

Step 8: Click on the Cancel Registration button.

Step 9: You will be taken to the Cancellation Confirmation page. Click on the Confirm Cancellation button.

Step 10: Your page will refresh and you will no longer see the class listed on your Training Schedule.

The page will refresh and the class will no longer be listed on the Training Schedule page.

How to Cancel Registration from the Activity Details Page

Step 1: Open the email notification with the Activity Link.

Email Notification is displayed. It includes the activity details, start date, end date, and activity link.

Step 2: Click on the Activity Link and follow the steps to login to the training portal.

Step 3: Once logged in, you will land on the activity details page.

Activity details page will display.

Step 4: Click on the More Actions icon on the top right.

Step 5: Click on Cancel Registration.

Step 6: Cancellation Confirmation page will display. Click on the Confirm Cancellation button.

Step 6: Your page will refresh and you will see at message stating you have successfully canceled your registration.
