How to Register for Instructor Led Training (ILT)

This article goes over how to register for Instructor Led Training (ILT). These sessions can be in-person classes or virtual training sessions (via Zoom).

ILT registration settings are set up by your campus training administrator. Depending on the settings, clicking the registration button will allow you to register for only one session, multiple sessions or ALL sessions. See the information below on how each type will change the actions you can take.

Registering for One Session

Step 1: Log in to the Training Platform (please go to the How to Login Article for more information).  

Step 2: Once logged in, you will land on your home dashboard.

Step 3: You can search for the class by clicking on the Training Schedule tile.

Step 4: Scroll through the calendar to find the class or browse by Activity Type.

The calendar will display showing activities that are available for registration.

Step 5: Once you find the class, click on it.

Step 6: You can also use the Search bar to find the class.

Step 7: The class details will display where you can see the dates and times of the sessions. Click on the Register button.

Step 8: Click on the Add button for the session that you want to attend.

If there are no sessions available, please contact the instructor, LMS administrator, or course owner to inquire about further sessions becoming available.

Step 9: When you are ready, click on the Register button.

Step 10: You will receive an email confirmation with the Outlook Calendar Attachment that you can add to your calendar.

Registering for More than One Session

Step 1: Login to the Training Platform.

Repeat Steps 1 - 4 from the Registering for One Session section for instructions on how to log in and search for the class.

Step 2: Click on the Register button.

Step 3: Choose the classes that you want to register for, by clicking on the Add button.

If there are no sessions available, please contact the instructor, LMS administrator, or course owner to inquire about further sessions becoming available.

Step 4: When you are ready, click on the Register button.

Step 5: You will receive an email confirmation with the Outlook Calendar Attachment that you can add to your calendar.

The confirmation will be sent with the outlook calendar attachment. The email will include the details of the class.

Registering for All Sessions

Step 1: Login to the Training Platform.

Repeat Steps 1 - 4 from the Registering for One Session section for instructions on how to log in and search for the class.

Step 2: Click on the Register button

If there are no sessions available, please contact the instructor, LMS administrator, or course owner to inquire about further sessions becoming available.

Step 3: You will be registered for all of the activities. You will receive an email confirmation with the Outlook Calendar Attachment that you can add to your calendar.
