Training Transcripts

This article will cover viewing and printing a user's transcript.

Need-to-Know

  • Certificates are one way to confirm completion for an activity (the other way is running a report).
  • Administrators can see a current or former user’s training transcript items without emulation.
  • Administrators can print ALL certificates for an activity.

How to view a User’s Training Transcript

Step 1: Go to Administration > Quick Links > All Users.

Green step one is to click on Administration. Green step two is to select Quick Links. Green step three is to select All Users.

Step 2: Search for the user in question via the Search bar.

If the user in question is no longer with the campus, follow the below additional steps before moving to Step 3.

  1. Click Filters located under the search bar to open a left-side panel.
  2. In the panel, go to the Account Status field and select Inactive from the dropdown.
  3. Click Refine. You should now be able to view the user's inactive profile.

Step 3: Click on their name in the search results (mini-slider pulls out on the right side).

Step 4: Click their hyperlinked blue name from the mini-profile.

Step 5: Click on the Learning > Training Transcript on left hand menu screen.

Green step one is to select Learning. Green step two is to click on Training Transcripts.

Step 6: Change Date Range to ALL or the year you are looking to validate training completion.

If you do not see any training history, change the Date Range to ALL to see all training records.

Additional TIP: If learner has multiple training items, use the CTRL + F (or Command + F) to search the page for an activity.

Step 7: To download a training transcript, use the Print button.

Step 8: In the print menu options, click Print to PDF or Save as PDF to get a copy on your local desktop.

How to Print Certificates for All Users by Activity

Step 1: Go to Administration > Quick Links > Learning Activity.

Green step one is to click on Administration. Green step two is to select Quick Links. Green step three is to select Learning Activities.

Step 2: Search for the Learning Activity, click on the down arrow of the edit button under the Actions column and select Manage Roster.

Step 3: Under the Reports section on the left side of your screen, click on Activity Certification Diploma. It will pull all certifications for this certification, which you can view, save, or print.
