How to Access Training Transcript

This article goes over how to access your transcript to view completed courses and your certificates of completion.

Accessing Your Transcript

Step 1: Login to the training platform (please go to the How to Login Article for more information). 

Step 2: From the dashboard, click on the Transcript tile. 

CSU Learn Employee Dashboard. Click on the Transcript tile to access the transcript. The transcript tile is at the bottom of the screen. It is the third tile on the screen.

Step 3: Under Training Transcript, select the Date Range dropdown to filter the date ranges. 

Best practice is to change the date range to All to see all training completions.

Step 4: Click on the Refresh button to view the results.  

The Training Transcript page will display with the date ranges. Select a year or date range to filter completed training records. Date Range is selected in the dropdown. The Start Date is December Second Two Thousand Twenty One at Eleven Nineteen AM. The End Date is December Second Two Thousand Twenty Two at Eleven Nineteen AM. User will need to click on the Refresh button to view the trainings records. There is a green box showing the location of the Refresh button.

Step 5: Click on the Print button. 

The Training Transcript page will display with the new results. List of activities. The employee’s name, email address, manager, and user number are displayed. Activity Name is Curriculum Defensive Driver Program. The code for the activity is CSUCI-CURRIC-DDP. The Start Date is October Thirteenth Two Thousand Twenty Two. Completion Date is October Thirteenth Two Thousand Twenty Two. The Completion Status is Attended. The Expiration Date is October Twelve Two Thousand Twenty Six. The Score and Estimated Credit Hours fields are blank. User will need to click on the Print button to print the transcript. There is a green box and green arrow showing the location of the Print button. The Export to PDF button is disabled.

You can print out the transcript or save the file on your computer as a PDF.

Accessing the Certificate of Completion

Go to Accessing Your Transcript for instructions on how to find your transcript. 

Step 1: To view the certificate of completion for a specific course, locate the course name. This information is located on the Transcript page.

Step 2: If the course is completed, there will be a certificate icon located on the left side of the activity's name. 

List of activities. Activity Name is Curriculum Defensive Driver Program. The code for the activity is CSUCI-CURRIC-DDP. The Start Date is October Thirteenth Two Thousand Twenty Two. Completion Date is October Thirteenth Two Thousand Twenty Two. The Completion Status is Attended. The Expiration Date is October Twelve Two Thousand Twenty Six. The Score and Estimated Credit Hours fields are blank.

Step 3: Click on the Certificate icon. 

Step 4: You will be able to click on the Print button to print out the certificate or save the certificate on your computer as a PDF. 

The Certificate of Completion window will display. Text on the certificate says This certifies that Employee successfully completed Defensive Driver Program on October Thirteenth Two Thousand Twenty Two. There are four buttons. Both the Language and Export to PDF buttons are disabled. User will need to click on the Print button to print the certificate. There is a green box showing the location of the Print button.

You can print out the transcript or save the file on your computer as a PDF.

The Export to PDF button does not export certificates correctly. Please make sure to always use the Print option.
